Terms of Use

Effective July 20, 2026 · Applies to Compressly: Image Size Pro for iOS and iPadOS

1. Agreement

By downloading or using Compressly, you agree to these terms and to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), which governs your license to the app. Where these terms and Apple's EULA conflict, Apple's EULA controls.

2. Premium purchases and subscriptions

• Premium is available as an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or annual) or a one-time lifetime unlock.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, via your device's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
• Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

3. Acceptable use

You may use Compressly only with media you have the right to process, and in compliance with applicable law. You may not reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the app except as permitted by law or by Apple's EULA.

4. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Compressly is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Compression is lossy by nature: always keep your originals until you are satisfied with the output. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim.

5. Changes

These terms may be updated as the app evolves; the effective date above will change accordingly. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
